1. Do I need to create an account before placing an order?

No. You don’t need to create an account to place an order.

You can complete checkout as a guest to make your purchase.

2. How do I create an account?

3. Why should I create an account?

Creating an account keeps your order history in one place. You can only view the status of your order once you create an account with the email ID used to place the order.

You can further save your wish list in your account for purchase later.

We also keep your shoppingcarts synced with your account so that you can resume shopping once you log in through another device.

*Please note that placing items in your cart or your wish list for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability at the time of purchase.

4. How do I reset my password? 

You can reset your password from the login page from where you can select the link for ”Forgot Password”. You will receive a password reset email within afew minute.

Once you sign in using your email ID and password you will be able to update/edit your account details.



1. How can I place an order?

Add the selected item to your cart through the button ‘Add to Cart’.

You may then continue shopping and add further items to your cart or you mayproceed directly to thecheckout window.

At the checkout window input your shipping details.

If you already have an account with us log in using your email ID and password. Your stored information will automatically be applied.

Finally,select the delivery and payment method to complete your order.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.

2. How can I track the status and history of my order?

You can track all your orders once you log in to your account using the same credentials you used to create the order.

If you already have an account with us, your order history and status will beautomatically updated in your account.

3. Can I order over phone/email?

Unfortunately, we are not processing any orders received over phone or email at this time. You may directly order your product through our online store using your PC, tablet or smartphone.

4. Can I cancel/modify my order?

Once an order is placed you can only cancel or modify an order byemailing us at hello@vanillatop.com alongwith your order details. 

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will cancel or modify the order for you.

5. How do I know if the product fits my size?

All relevant sizing details specific to the design have been provided on the product pages. 

You can further see if a specific product comes in adjustable sizes of S/M or M/L.



1. How do I pay for my order?

You will pay for your order once you receive your product through Cash On Delivery (COD). 

Before paying the COD amount, the shipment cannot be handed over nor can be opened.

2. Is COD available in my city?

COD is available across all Pakistan.

3. What if I don’t have cash at the time of delivery?

If you are not able to paycash at the time of delivery, you can schedule another delivery attempt by coordinatingwith the courier company.

At most two attempts will bemade by the courier company to fulfill your order.

4. Can I pay with Cheque/Pay order/Visa Card/Master Card?

COD payments are only accepted in cash. We do not accept any other form of payment at the moment.



1. When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 2-4 business days.

All orders placed over weekends or public/national holidays will be processed for shipment on the next business day.

2. Which courier company will deliver my order?

Our logistic partner is TCS which is responsible for delivery of our orders all over Pakistan.

3. What is the shipping cost of my order?

We have the following two shipping modes 

- TCS Express Flyer - Rs 200

- Dedicated Gift Box - Rs 300

*Please note that the shipping charges are subjected to change without any prior approval based on oil prices & currency exchange rates. 

4. What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

The courier company will make amaximum of two attempts to deliver your order.

If there is no one to receive the order on your behalf in thesetwo attempts then your order will be marked as canceled.



You are free to return your product within 7 days from the order date providedthat the product is not used and is in theoriginal condition in which it was delivered to you.
